Individual cuts of beef are wrapped in vacuum-sealed packages. All our beef is dry-aged and federally inspected.
All beef is sold from our Harford County inspected mobile freezer unit. To purchase just stop by one of the markets listed below (between April and November, unless otherwise noted).
